A mobile laboratory for metrological verification of truck and agon scales has been launched

📍One of the most urgent tasks in our country is to ensure the reliability and accuracy of measurement results of approximately 500–700 large truck and wagon scales used in major industrial sectors such as oil and gas, chemicals, metallurgy, customs, agriculture, and the textile industry.

🔄To effectively fulfill this task, specialists of the Uzbekistan National Institute of Metrology have created a modern mobile laboratory (platform) based on the FAW JK6 CA1250 truck within the framework of an applied design project.

🧾 Composition of the laboratory:

✅ 30 pieces of parallelepiped-shaped calibration weights with a nominal mass of 1 ton, accuracy class M1.

🧾 Lifting capacity of the crane manipulator:

✅ from 1.5 t (with a reach of up to 10.5 m)

✅ to 7 t (with a reach of up to 2 m)

✅ Total lifting capacity – 32 t

✅ Trailer lifting capacity – 18 t

✅ The mobile laboratory enables metrological verification of truck and wagon scales in accordance with the OIML R 76 international recommendation. It also contributes to optimizing production processes in industrial complexes, resulting in significant savings of time and resources.

❗️One of the major advantages of this mobile laboratory is its ability to provide services across all regions of the country. This significantly increases coverage of metrological services for truck and wagon scales used in agriculture, industry, and logistics.

🟠 The mobile laboratory was officially commissioned on 14 November during a bilateral meeting between the Uzbekistan Agency for Technical Regulation and the Federal Agency on Technical Regulation and Metrology of the Russian Federation (Rosstandart).
