🔄 During the meeting, discussions are being held on various topics, including expanding the scientific potential of metrology laboratories, addressing emerging challenges in the field, enhancing staff qualifications, and metrology’s involvement in Halal certification.
⚡️ In accordance with the meeting agenda, representatives from the Uzbekistan National Metrology Institute delivered the following presentations and received positive feedback from participants:
✅ UzNMI’s activities over the past year;
✅ Measurement techniques and uncertainty evaluation in the field of vibration.
✍️ For Information: Within the framework of the SMIIC R&D program, two scientific projects submitted by UzNMI have successfully passed the evaluation stage and have been recommended for funding.
✅ Furthermore, an UzNMI expert is actively participating as a member of the SMIIC Working Group on Medical Metrology (WGMM) and the Working Group established to develop the SMIIC MC work plan for 2023–2027.
