🔬 35th Reference Standard Introduced at the National Metrology Institute of Uzbekistan for High-Precision Level Measuring Instruments

⏱️ A modern 35th reference standard device, intended for verifying high-precision level measuring instruments, has been successfully installed and launched at the Level Measurement Laboratory of the National Metrology Institute of Uzbekistan.

⚙️ Technical commissioning and operational setup of this reference standard were carried out with the participation of a foreign expert, and hands-on technical training sessions were conducted for the Institute’s specialists.

🌎With the newly installed complex standard, it is now possible to calibrate and verify the following level measuring instruments within a range of up to 25 meters and with an accuracy of 0.3 mm, in accordance with the requirements set in international documents:

🔵Ultrasonic,
🟢Radar,
🟡Magnetic float-type,
🩷Cable (tape-type),
🔴Micro-pulse level measuring instruments.

✅ This ensures metrological traceability of measurement results in this field up to international standards.

✅ Most importantly, it creates opportunities to participate in international comparison projects.
