The branch was established in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan № PP-4419 of August 15, 2019 “On further improvement of the conformity assessment system and the development of a complex of testing laboratories in the Republic of Uzbekistan.” The branch has 6 laboratories, which cover the following areas:

  • heat engineering,
  • geometry,
  • consumption and volume,
  • weight,
  • time and motion parameters,
  • physical and chemical
  • optical-physical.

  • The region mainly has metallurgical, chemical and construction industries.

  • In total, the branch has 22 employees, of which: 15 are employees of the department of metrological control of measuring instruments, of which 8 have the title of state verification officers.
